Inside The Velvet Noir Studio — Five Sets, Five Worlds
You’ve seen the Instagram teasers. You’ve seen the comments. And yes — what you can’t see on social is exactly why you need to click over to the blog.
This week I’m pulling back the curtain on The Velvet Noir Studio and showing you the five sets that make up our space — because before a single image is made, the room has to do something to you. Each one was built to create a feeling. A mood. A version of you that’s been waiting for permission to show up.
Here’s what’s waiting for you inside.
The Prelude
Candlelight. A green velvet sofa draped in fur. Brick walls glowing warm. This is where it starts — soft, intimate, the exhale before everything else begins. The Prelude is for the woman who wants to ease in, who wants to feel held before she feels seen. It’s quiet in here. In the best possible way.

The Chamber
The full room. The iron bed. Leopard print and candlesticks and velvet the color of a secret. The Chamber is immersive — you don’t just shoot here, you disappear here. Every corner is intentional. Every detail is a decision. This is the set people walk into and go completely silent.

The Ritual
Dark. Raw. Moody as hell. Leaning mirrors, fur on the floor, an X-frame that means exactly what you think it means. The Ritual is for the woman who’s done performing softness she doesn’t feel. There’s power in this corner. Come claim it.

The Vanity
Black paneled walls trimmed in gold. A crimson settee. An oval mirror that’s seen things. A red lamp burning low. The Vanity is old money, dark glamour, and zero apologies. If you’ve ever wanted to feel like the villain — the interesting one, the one everyone is watching — this is your set.

The Parlour
Copper tile walls. Emerald velvet chairs. Birdcage lanterns casting gold light. A zebra rug underfoot and the feeling that you’ve stumbled into someone’s very beautiful, very private world. The Parlour is curated and lush — equal parts editorial and intimate. It photographs like a fever dream.

Five sets. Five completely different worlds. All of them inside one studio in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards — and all of them built for you.
